Memorial of Carol Lee Taylor

It is with sad and heavy heart LCNPG announces the passing of our dear friend and long standing colleague Carol Lee Taylor.
Carol, age 61, passed away September 2, 2018 at her home surrounded by family and friends. Carol was born in Pennsylvania and a resident of Pocono Pines, PA. In 1975, she graduated from Pocono Mountain High School and was active in the Rifle Team, Field Hockey, and the Rubber Duck Company, an adventurous group of high school friends. Carol was graduate of the University of South Florida and Rocky Mountain University, where she received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing, and later a Doctorate in Nursing. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Carol was an owner and practitioner caring for patients at Rural Health Care in Hobbs, NM.
Carol was a horse fancier. As an owner and breeder, she enjoyed New Mexico’s horse racing with her beloved thoroughbreds. Carol loved travelling throughout the US and around the world.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents William H. and Edna M. Taylor. She is survived by her son William H. Taylor and companion Randy Clerihew of Lovington, NM, brother, Jeff Taylor of Cody, WY, and sisters, Laurie Taylor of Owings Mills, MD, and Vickie Mebus of Sterling, VA, a niece and several nephew.
